1st Level Spaces
Lobby Level - will welcome your event with natural light, high-end technology, and lots of networking space. Your attendees will have ample room to gather, get work done, or perhaps explore our artwork showcasing Albany's over 400-year journey through history.
Capital Room - Located in its own wing, is1,000 square foot space is perfect for board meetings, planning meetings, and VIP guests. Boasting floor-to-ceiling windows, high-end finishes, LED lighting, and its own private pre-function space.
Conference Room - This smaller workspace is perfect for a staff office, storage room, or small breakout space.
1st Level Pre-Function - Full of natural light, this Networking Level is complete with soft seating, charging stations, and artwork speaking to the deep history of Albany New York. With 10,500 sq. ft of Pre-Function this area is perfect for registration, food breaks, receptions, and smaller trade shows.
Meeting Rooms - can be divided into five individual spaces to offer you flexibility in room size and layout. Electrical, telephone, and internet are available for installation in each room.
2nd Level Spaces
Multipurpose Room - This space may be configured as a single entity or be separated with and an air wall (see photos below) to provide your event with 15,000 sq ft of unobstructed space an even larger 10,000 sq. ft. Pre-Function Space. The multipurpose room is fully carpeted and the ceiling height is 25 Feet. The ceiling also includes customizable, LED lighting.
2nd Level Pre-Function - The pre-function space that is created with the 2nd Level air wall closed is 10,000 square feet of fully carpeted, open spaces full of natural light. The uses of this space include a cocktail reception space, a large general session or banquet room, or a smaller trade show or exhibitor area.
Green Room - This smaller workspace is perfect for a show office, storage room, or transitional green space for VIPs. It is also equipped with private restroom facilities.
